At MostXclusive, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for both creators and fans. This policy explains how to report content that may violate the law, infringe rights, or breach our platform standards, and how we handle such complaints.
1. Reporting Content
Creators or users may report content that they believe:

Violates the law (e.g., copyright infringement, harassment, hate speech).

Breaches MostXclusive’s Terms of Service or content guidelines.

Infringes on privacy, intellectual property, or other individual rights.

Promotes violence, abuse, or illegal activities.
Reports may be submitted via the Content Reporting Form available on the platform or by contacting us directly:

2. Acknowledgment of Complaints
We will acknowledge receipt of all complaints within 24 hours, confirming we have received the report and outlining the next steps.
3. Complaint Review Process
All complaints are reviewed within 7 business days.

Initial Review: Highly sensitive or harmful content (e.g., illegal or violent material) may be temporarily restricted immediately. The creator may be notified and asked to respond.

Investigation: The content is assessed against applicable laws, our Terms of Service, and community guidelines. We may consult legal advisors or experts.

Outcome Determination: A final decision is made and communicated to all parties involved.
4. Possible Outcomes
Following review, we may take one or more of the following actions:

No Action – if the content does not violate policies or laws.

Content Removal – permanent removal of content that violates our standards.

Content Modification Request – request to adjust or edit content to resolve minor issues.

Account Warning – formal warning for non-severe violations.
-
Temporary Suspension – suspension of account access for serious violations.

Account Termination – permanent removal of account for repeated or egregious violations.
5. Appeals Process
Creators may appeal a decision they disagree with:

Submission: Appeals must be submitted via the Content Review Appeal Form within 5 business days of the decision.

Review: Appeals are reviewed by a separate team or reviewer to ensure fairness, within 7 business days.

Final Decision: A final outcome is communicated to the creator. All appeal decisions are final.
6. Communication & Transparency
Throughout the complaint and appeal process, both the reporting party and the creator will receive timely updates on:

The status of the investigation.

Any interim actions taken.

Final decisions and reasoning.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information provided during the complaint or appeal process is handled per our Privacy Policy. It will only be used for purposes directly related to the investigation.
8. Misuse of the Complaint System
Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith complaints is strictly prohibited. Users who abuse the reporting system may face warnings, suspension, or termination.
9. Updates to This Policy
MostXclusive may update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform, with notice provided by email or in-app where appropriate.
